4. Walking Exercise: Alignment of all spines, whole body muscle, entire joints

  1. I AM SUFFERING FROM SEGMENTAL DYSTONIA FOR LAST 6 YEARS I AM 54 YEARS OLD N LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS TREAT MENT. TAKEN 2 BOTOX INJECTION BUT DUE TO SIDE EFFECTS STOPPED. PRESENTLY TAKING CLONAZEPAM TABS TWICE A DAY N SLEEPING TAB AT NIGHT. PLEASE HELP. REGARDS. SUDHIR GORAY MUMBAI INDIA.

      I’m sorry to hear that you have suffered from Dystonia for a long time. I know the frustration that you must be going through but staying positive goes a long way so keep practising.
